Symptoms
On : 1.9.1 version, Work Order
Changing a created work order in 'Planning' status to Active status, the application gives an error message 'Error: Error finding approvals'. The Work Order created is a regular one and not connected to any project.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Work Order
2. Set status to Active
