Goal

UIM 7.4
There is a custom field on PropertyLocation "XYZ" as a DropDown valorized by InventoryGroup "IG".

This inventoryGroup “IG” have a field "XXX" with a value related to city (OOTB) values. Customer wants to setup a Drop Down list based on City Value entered by end-user at runtime.
