Symptoms


NMS application is creating duplicate events
Entering calls into NMS from WebCallEntry (WCE), it appears that JMService sometimes creates events with duplicate event numbers and also at times places the calls against events that do not appear relevant to the call (placing on wrong feeder).



Changes

Testing was recently done on the Disaster Recovery system.
