Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C) 12.0.2.0 only, the Notification Gateway (NGW) fails to start on fresh installations.
When attempting to start NGW, the following error occurs:
As a result, if integrating with Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Controller (ECE), realtime notifications will not be processed.
