OCOMC 12.0 PS1 Cartridge Is Showing Error While Starting Through NMShell (Doc ID 2539148.1)

On : 12.0.0.1.0 version, Installation Issues

While trying to start Cartridges from NMShell through back-end, it is showing ERROR however the cartridge is coming to "Running" State
