Users Sporadically Getting Stuck With Text Fields Being Right Justified (Doc ID 2539546.1)

User are entering text in any text field in the NMS application. After hitting some combination of keys, the text that they are entering jumps to being right-justified.

To  "work around" this problem, the user has to log out in order to clear whatever was set.
