On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Scheduling

Clarification on newly added parameter in scheduler configuration

For Appointment Booking Priority it Defines the highest priority for non appointment work that can be displaced by the requested appointment.

1.If both the parameters are set to 0,then will the parameter of Appointment Booking Priority will come into effect?
2.Is there any other configuration because of which Appointment Booking Priority will come into effect?
