'CRF Page Number' does not appear in the Patient Data Report / Blank Casebook Report after upgrading to 5.2.1 (Doc ID 2541491.1)

Oracle Clinical and Remote Data Capture 5.2.1 Release Notes (Doc ID 2221824.1) states the following bug is fixed :

4.39 Bug 28421097  

The CRF page number was not getting displayed in Patient Data Report and
Blank Casebook Report.

Module Affected: pdr_xmlp.xsl

However after upgrading to OC 5.2.1 (from 5.2.0) the CRF Page Number is still blank in the PDR, Blank Casebook report i.e.
