'Save As' with Special Character Is Overwriting Original Saved Search (Doc ID 2544006.1)

Actual Behavior

If saved search name include special character, 'Save as' function is overwriting original saved search.

Expected Behavior

If saved search name include special character, 'Save as' function should not overwriting original saved search.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Execute Advanced Search
Save Search result as '#0329Test1'
Open Saved Search '#0329Test1'
Modify Seach Criteria
Click Save -> Save as
Save Search as windows doesn't come up
And 'The search has been successfully saved!' message is displayed and original saved Search is overwritten.
