Facing Issues During PDC-12 Installation (Doc ID 2544521.1)

Goal

We are not able to install pricing design center 12.0 in the server. We checked WebLogic and installation logs it seems like it is trying to deploy PricingDesignCenter application on the given WebLogic and failing due to the given error, please let us know how to fix the below error?
