Goal

Customer wants to see all the device status changes, tags add/removes, and measurement changes write to a wls output file, in log4jv1, all the information were written into a particular *.out file on the weblogic server.

Can they do the same for version2, what is the setting to get the multispeak message back and also to add in RT adapter output for testing? He would like to add this back so he can test Multispeak and RT adapter for the powerflow implementation
