Server Error In '/ArgusNET' - Unable to Upload Query Letters in Argus Safety (Doc ID 2545439.1)

Symptoms

In Argus Safety on the Case Form > Case Activities tab > Contact Log section, while attempting to upload query letters a popup screen shows the following error message:

 

Consequently users are unable to upload updated query letters for a case.

This only occurs when users try to upload query letters in the Contact log. This occurs for all users. No changes have been made for query letters recently.

Changes

 None.
