Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC) 4.4.1, when attempting to create new ACS(Advanced Control Services) customer (SMS GUI > Services > ACS Service > Customer > New), the following error occurs when clicking "Save" button in "New customer" screen.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SMS GUI
2. Go to SMS GUI > Services > ACS Service > Customer > New
3. fill in details of new ACS customer
4. Press Save
