Symptoms
On OFSAAI 8.0.6.1.0, Command Line Migration Utility is failing with errors:
ERROR
[Thu Mar 14 08:37:57 EDT 2019]~[DEBUG]~[NA] [NA] Query -> select paramvalue from configuration where paramname=?
Query Parmeters as provided -> VALIDATE_CERTIFICATE
Time taken for query execution -> 4 milliseconds.
serviceAccount fetched from Configuration : SYSADMN
Transaction Status {"MESSAGE":"Exception has occured","STATUS":"Transaction failed"}
Exception occured java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)
Using LDAP with Active Directory.
Using Tomcat 8.5.28
