Symptoms

12.2.x  Field Service  OR Service OR Depot Repair

When attempting to submit charges for labor items, a sales order is created and then the following error are returned from Order Management

Error in Line: OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL7459616: Scheduling failed.
The requested item or one of its components is not collected.



STEPS

There are 3 ways to review a ticket to submit an Expense item line
1. Field Service Responsibility / My Service Requests / Find Service Requests - query the Service Request**
2. Service Responsibility / Service Requests / Find Service Requests - query the Service Request**
3. Depot Repair Manager Responsibility / Depot Repair / Repair Orders - query the Service Order
