Contractor Capacity Tab Inexplicably Displayed For One User (Doc ID 2552341.1)

Problem Description

Our system is not configured to use Contractor Capacity functionality. However, for one user, a third tab appears when that user logs onto the CDI labeled Contractor Capacity. The display of this tab is a new occurrence, and it's affect on the other Gantt chart response issues we have reported is unclear. If the user selects either this tab or the Shift tab, then the Contractor Capacity tab disappears temporarily.

If the user navigates away from the CDI and then back, this tab will always return.

Please advise why this tab is displayed on only one dispatcher, and also how can this tab be turned off. When this tab is present, it appears to have an intermittent effect on the performance of the CDI search zones.
