Terminating Network On EVCs Shows 'None' & Greyed Out (Doc ID 2554737.1)

Symptoms

After populating the originating network and element for a virtual circuit in the Connection Design Summary Window opened via the DLRD task, if the user closes the window without entering the terminating network and element details and reopens the connection, the terminating network and terminating element is displayed as “None” and disabled.
