CTA Null Pointer During Service Suspend (Doc ID 2555180.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.3.5.0.0 version, Service Component

Getting null pointer error while invoke calculate Technical action during suspension of the service.

As part of the business requirement, adding a mobile bar 'Admin Bar' resource as part of the suspension order, and updating timestamp attribute (changeable).

Expected at least the following technical actions to be triggered as part of suspension

a. TechnicalActions_Update_CUR
b. TechnicalActions_ActivateBar

A normal modify order works fine and all technical actions are getting triggered as required.
