"The total entered cannot be exported to the General Ledger" Error Occurs Upon Uploading ReSA GL Cross Reference Template (Doc ID 2555512.1)

Symptoms

In ReSA 16.0.2, Upon uploading the the data through Maintain GL Cross Reference template "The total entered cannot be exported to the General Ledger" error occurs.

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------

  1. Download the Maintain GL Cross Reference template from RESA ->Foundation Data ->Data Loading -> Download Data-> Finanace Administration -> Maintain GL Cross Reference.
  2. Fill the data in the template.
  3. Upload the file through RESA -> Foundation Data -> Data Loading -> Upload Data -> Finanace Administration -> Maintain GL Cross Reference.
  4. Go to Review Status and check for the status. The above error message can be noted.
  5. Data is not inserted into SA_FIF_FL_CROSS_REF table.
