Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Memory Based Planner in TEST

Users are on 12.2.8. They are running an Unconstrained ASCP plan. However the log file Memory Based Planner 64-bit fails with the following

ERROR

APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (mrlpupt_unique_proj_tsk, 2, 1890009744, )
@ERRORTEXT Cause: The current routine encountered the specified@ERRORTEXT x Action: Contact your customer supportrepresentative.
Total memory usage: 1189585

The only change users state they have introduced since the last successful run is introduction of some Unit Effective parts. Running the plan with MRP:Debug Mode did not provide any detailed information to help with this issue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add new unit numbers for Project Mfg
2. Run data collections and ASCP plan
3. MBP log fails with APP-MRP-22075
