Unable To Do GetOrder In OSM 7.3.5.1.7 (Doc ID 2556432.1)

Symptoms

When you are trying to perform GetOrder for any order in OSM, you are only able to succeed if you are doing GetOrder from the same managed server in which the order is present. If you do GetOrder from another managed server, you are getting the below error on SOAP UI.

This is happening on all our environments.
