Symptoms
On Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) v2.7.0.0.0, when upgrading the ORMB to 2.7.0.1, it fails on step to upgrade OUAF Version to v4.3.0.6.
ERROR

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-38824: A CREATE OR REPLACE command may not change the EDITIONABLE property of an existing object.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow 1st steps mentioned in Guide "Oracle_Revenue_Management_and_Billing_Upgrade_Guide.pdf", Revision 15 to upgrade OUAF to 4.3.0.6
2. Set CLASS_PATH, JAR_PATH and JAVA_HOME env variables. Please see attached log file showing all commands history including OUAF upgrade command and the error details

This SR is critical as we are not able to either complete upgrade or revert it back. There is no workaround available at this time.
