Symptoms
Timers not behaving properly in clustered environment. Like:
- Timers executing on all clustered nodes at same time.
- Changes made to the timers.properties are not propagated to WEBLOGIC_TIMERS table.
Followed the resolution steps mentioned in Doc ID 2295904.1 but ran into more serious issues with WEBLOGIC_TIMERS table not getting populated after truncating, ideally it should on redeployment of inventory / restart of UIM servers.
