Have recently applied DELTA 9 patches on top of R12.1.3 EBS application tier. After applying, the Submit Requests screen seems to have layout issues.
Below List of patches were applied as part of DELTA 9.
Delta 9 Patches
Applications Technology Group (ATG) Patches
After applying the submit requests screen is changed. The 12.1.3 latest patchset - DELTA 9 is applied after operating system migration.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After applying the DELTA 9 patches Submit Request screen is changed.
