Unable to Create Process in ALM 8.0.6 / New Button Not Enabled & "[2000088] The request could not be processed." Error at Search by Reporting Currency

Symptoms
On 8.0.6 version, the New button (+) is not enabled in ALM Processing > Static Process > Static Deterministic screen for creating process.
After selecting and deselecting any process in "Static Deterministic Process" screen, the the New (+) appears enabled.
This is believed to be happening after 8.0.6.1 ALM / FTP ML patches.
Another issue, when you select the currency as blank in on search, "The request could not be processed" error is received.
ERROR
[2000088] The request could not be processed.
This could be due to invalid input received. If the problem persists, contact the application administrator
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ALM Processing > Static Process > Static Deterministic screen.
2. Try to create new process.
3. Search for processes while Reporting Currency is blank.
