"ADF_FACES-60097 / ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR" Error while Trying to Access the CFA Options (Doc ID 2566732.1)

Symptoms

The Custom Flex Attribute screens (CFA) that were recently created ( for example: "LMES" and "Other attributes") can not be accessed. An error is received while trying to access them:


Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
2. Go to Item > Other attributes > LMES. Notice the "ADF_FACES-60097" error.
3. Go to Item - supplier > Other attributes > Other attributes. Notice that the same "ADF_FACES-60097" error appears. Click "OK". The "ADF_FACES-60097" error appears again.
