MSS 6.3.0 Supplement Cancellation Restriction Not Working (Doc ID 2568394.1)

On : 6.3.0 version, Process Supplement -CANCEL

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

User is restricted to supplement cancel the PSR order via access control chekpoint in MSS.control='PSR Order Supp Cancel' . However , same user is able to supplement cancel the order by force closing the window   { i.e using the X button . }


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Ideally, MSS should NOT allow user to proceed further when the Permission for Supp-Cancel is NOT given to the User.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.. Right click on any open order & click supplement
2.. Select cancel radio button.
3.. If user is restricted, will get error on click on OK.
4.. Now force close the window, it will ask for save the changes..
5.. If user clicks on ok, it takes to cancellation window ..



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Users who are restircted from Cancelling are also able to Cancel Orders
