Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When creating a pricing component in PDC, the special characters in the tab name are being replaced by its unicode (/uXXXX).

For example:
Charge offer was created with name: confirmação
Tab name displayed: confirma\u00E7\u00E3o5 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correctly display the pricing component name

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a charge offer with special characters in the name
2. Save
3. Check the name on the user interface tab
