Work Queue Drop Down Does Not Get Cleared When Working With Personal Queue (Doc ID 2570483.1)

Symptoms

Step 1: Choose the Personal radio button and choose any item from the Work Queue as shown in below screen shot.



Step 2: Change the option from Personal to Work Group and again back to Personal. Previously chosen item in Work Queue(in step 1) is still highlighted and is not removed while it is expected to be blank. See below screenshot:

 

Due to this issue, users find it difficult to use the Work Queue Manager window. This is especially true in the case where the user has to select a different Work Queue where the name does not match the current selection.

Note - Work Queue is blank when one selects Work Group and change to Personal and again switches back to Work Group. This is the expected behavior in the above scenario.

Changes

In earlier version the above issue was not witnessed. So the issue seems to have surfaced due to some code changes in reported version.
