How To Get Response Time OCSG is Taking on SubmitSM and DeliverSm (Doc ID 2570549.1)

Goal

How to get the response time between SubmitSM and SubmitSmResp recorded in a new field in the CDR File? Today OCSG has the ability to record events in EDRs, CDRs and ALARM files.  It is very important to have statistics regarding the time OCSG is taking to send and receive the acknowledge on SubmitSM and DeliverSm.

1) For SubmitSM, how to get the duration between SubmitSM and SubmitSmResp?
2) For DeliverSm(DR and MO), how to get the duration between DeliverSM and DeliverSmResp?
