Riding OTU4/OTU3 traffic over DWDM network

As part of DWDM network we have created channels using Pipe specification in UIM(OTS layer). Where Pipe doesn't have any capacity.
We are planning to introduce connectivity to demonstrate OTN traffic.

Here are steps which we are following.
1. Created all DWDM/OTN nodes and assigned property location to each one of them.
2. Migrated OTS later with pipe specification where pipe doesn't have any capacity as we don't have capacity available for these links.
3. As part of OTN layer we are using connectivity and trying to enable it using path analysis between two OTN nodes.

While associating the path it throw an error with "Invalid Connectivity".
