On : 2.5.0.2.0 version, CT - Control Tables
MDS Batch doesn't catch DB exception when tablespace is full in CCB 2.5.0.2

In CCB 2.5.0.2, batch doesn't handle this exception as the batch ended successfully without any errors and no records were inserted into the DB.
