How to Change the Security Group from Cisusers to Some Other Group? (Doc ID 2576922.1)

Goal

This article states how to change the security group from cisusers to something else successfully, for example 'devcisusers':

Web Security Role: devcisusers
Web Principal Name: devcisusers
Application Viewer Security Role: devcisusers
Application Viewer Principal Name: devcisusers

The environment sees following connection failure unless Group is not CISUSERS:
