DSDReceiptCre Messages Are Being Generated By SIM Without OriginCountryId Data (Doc ID 2579643.1)

Symptoms

Note: The issue cannot be reproduced at will, thus no steps to reproduce are provided.

In some random cases DSDReceiptCre message is being generated by Store Inventory Management without originCountryId data. If adding the missing originCountryId element the messages are published to RMS without further issue.

A small number of confirmed SIM DSD On-the-fly receipts are generating mps_staged_message.message_data without the required originatingCountryID xml element, causing the message to eventually time out without publishing out to the Retail Integration Buss for Retail Merchandising System (RIB for RMS) and fail with error:
