ASAP 7.3.0.4 Installation Fails On Weblogic 12.2.1.3.0 (Doc ID 2582072.1)

Symptoms

Trying to install ASAP 7.3.0.4 with Weblogic 12.2.1.3.0, installation of ASAP fails with below error in ASAP Installation log:

(May 8, 2019 6:06:33 PM), Setup.product.install, com.installshield.product.actions.BEADeplyPostCheck, msg1, Configure Configure Oracle Weblogic server for ASAP and deploy ASAP components : Failed

BUILD FAILED

/scratch/asapapp/asap/scripts/asapConfig.xml:85: Error! Cannot find MBean. asap_domain:type=System/dev/ApplicationType/ServiceActivation/Application/1-0;7-3;ASAP/Comp/AsapApplication

Following error messages appeared in Weblogic log:

Please assist, I am installing ASAP on Managed Server without configuring SSL, faced the similar issue earlier but was able to complete installation with weblogic 12.2.1.2.0.
