Incorrect BOM Item Revision in BOM Explosion Report When Date as of Is Before Released Date of the Latest Version (Doc ID 2582250.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

BOM item revision is reported incorrectly with BOM Explosion Report when Date As of is changed
It reports the latest revision of BOM item even though the Date As of is the date before the BOM item was released to the latest revision

Expected Behavior

BOM item revision to be reported correctly with BOM Explosion Report even when Date As of is changed.
It reports the correct revision of BOM item even though the Date As of is the date before the BOM item was released to the latest revision.

Steps

  1. Login to Web Client, and create Part P001 and C001
  2. Add C001 as BOM item of P001
  3. Create ECO1, and add P001 as affected items, and release as Rev 1.  Release date of ECO1: 04/08/2019 06:11:08 PM JST  (The date format is MM/DD/YYYY)
  4. Create ECO2, and add P001 as affected items, and release as Rev 2.  Release date of ECO2: 04/08/2019 06:12:25 PM JST
  5. Create ECO3, and add C001 as affected items, and release as Rev 1.  Release date of ECO3: 04/08/2019 06:14:15 PM JST
  6. Create ECO4, and add C001 as affected items, and release as Rev 2.  Release date of ECO4: 04/08/2019 06:15:53 PM JST
  7. Run BOM Explosion Report, select P001 and Rev 2, and set Date As of to current date. 
    C001 shows latest Revision which is Rev 2. --> This is expected
  8. Run BOM Explosion Report, select P001 and Rev 2, and set Date As of to the date which is after the release date of ECO3 but before the release date of ECO4.
    C001 shows Rev 1. --> This is expected
  9. Run BOM Explosion Report, select P001 and Rev 2, and set Date As of to the date which is after the release date of ECO2 but before the release date of ECO3.
    C001 shows Rev 2. --> This is not expected. Introductory revision is expected as Date As of is the date before ECO3 is released, and BOM item C001 was Introductory.
