Symptoms
Home Page does not load after PFT 80720 upgrade, the Webserver Tomcat log file shows following error messages:
12-Aug-2019 10:45:24.353 SEVERE [XX.XXX.XX.XX-startStop-1] org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.loadOnStartup Servlet [PAMetricsServlet] in web application [/OFSAA] threw load() exception
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.fasterxml.jackson.jaxrs.json.JacksonJaxbJsonProvider
All users show "blank page" after login:
The $FIC_APP_HOME/common/FICServer/bin/nohup.out also shows errors:
