Validation Check/Transformation Submission Fails With 'user does not have permission Modify on object' (Doc ID 2582761.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW 2.4.8.1). when submitting the job for Validation Check the following error occurs in the job log file:


ERROR
User <user_name> does not have permission Modify on object Transformation_Execution_<N>.
Job Submission failed with error ORA-20200: *** ERROR: cdr_exe_owb_execution.startedJob: SQL error: ORA-20200: *** ERROR: A simultaneous job's updates have caused job <NNNNNNNN> to fail.

Changes

 The package linked to the Validation Check was either deleted and remained linked to the Validation Check, or it actually never existed and was wrongly referenced in the Validation Check.
