Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Web Workspace

Advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) meters not displaying for non-outage events when Trouble Info is accessed from the events list.

With non-outage events, we can access AMI meters via the map. We cannot see AMI meters in the Trouble Info window when we right click on a non-outage event and choose 'Trouble Info'.

Expect to see the list of AMI customers for the device associated to the non-outage event.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Locate a transformer that have AMI customers
2.  Submit a non-outage call for a customer on the transformer
3.  Bring up Trouble Info for the event.
4.  Select the AMI Customers View and note that no AMI customers are listed
