On : 2.2.0.3.0 version, V1-Adapter Functionality
Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway MV90 Adapter Creating Initial Measurement Data (IMD) Record with Extra Intervals, Causing Overcount Error
During testing of Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway MV90 Adapter, it was determined that recent tests show that IMDs created by the MV90 adapter are created with extra intervals which causes an overcount error.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process a MV90 file
2. Notice the Initial Load IMD shows extra intervals compared to the expected count
3. Extra intervals cause overcount so no data can go in.

Due to this issue, users cannot load any MV90 data.
