To Do Search Page - Related Column Count Is Not Matching With The Results Count (Doc ID 2584146.1)

Symptoms

On : CCB 2.6.0.1.0 version, TD - To Do

In our Production system (2.4)though the Char Type value showing as - ' <?> Invalid Value - PREM ' , the To DO count Displaying properly. In 2.6 also the Char Type value showing as - ' <?> Invalid Value - PREM ' but the To Do count is not displaying properly. In Data Base it is PREM.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

To Do Search Page - Related column count is not matching with the Results count.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To Do Search Page - Related column count matches with the Results count.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to TODO Search from dashboard Alert – "Outstanding To Do Entries for Premise ID".
2. To DO Search Page - Click on Related column Count - Results count is not matching with the Related column count.
