Goal
On : CCB 2.5.0.2.0 version, CI - Customer Information
SQ Details not getting refreshed in Billable Charges page
Description: After entering the SQ Details in Service quantity field once refresh the page, entered values not getting cleared.
Steps to reproduce:
1 Enter the login details and click on login button in CC&B System.
2 Click on icon of Menu > Customer Information > Account
3 Enter the "Account ID" and click on search
4 Click on Account context menu --->Go To -->Billable Charge-->Add
5 Click on "SQ Details "tab and enter the values in "Service Quantity" field.
6 Click on Refresh.
7 In Confirmation pop up, click on Ok.
Expected Result:
Entered values should be clear.
Actual Result:
Values not getting cleared after refreshing the page.
