Service Alerts Are Not Getting Triggered for Crew Actions (Doc ID 2585737.1)

Alerts are not getting triggered for crew actions.
In Service Alerts after setting 'Outage' parameter type and selecting all crew types and crew states(assign,enroute,onsite,suspended) alerts are not triggered when a crew becomes assigned or enroute.

But for all other triggers like started, restored, ERT updated, cancelled Service Alerts are getting triggered when these ones are set.
