Goal

Issue - MDM ILM for IMD and Device Events are setting the ILM_ARCH_SW to “Y” earlier than expected. The flag value is expected to be value of “N” until the crawlers run and the date is older than the retention das. This is not the case. All of the IMD data loaded no matter the lifecycle state is being set to “Y” for the ILM_ARCH_SW field. Expected to be “N” upon loading into the system. Once the ILM_DT is older than the retention days, the crawler would mark the field to “Y”. Some of the Device Event data is being set to “Y” for the ILM_ARCH_SW field. We found data being marked for ILM archive on the COMPLETE and SENT-SUBSCBR lifecycles. Expected all data to be “N” upon loading into the system. Once the ILM_DT is older then the retention days, the crawler would mark the field to “Y”.
