Expand All/Collapse All are not working on Item screen
Steps to replicate:
1- Login to RMS.
2- Open Item Master screen for an existing item.
3- Click the Expand/Collapse all buttons on the bottom of the screen.
Expand/Collapse all buttons do not work.
