Purpose

The attached Readme file explains how to use the sample MedDRA, MedDRA Primary Path, MedDRA SMQ, SNOMED, and WHODrug Format B2, B3, and C3 maintenance scripts (also attached) to maintain vendor-supplied data. Maintenance refers to the loading of temporary dictionary tables and the transferring of data from the temporary tables into the predictionary tables, and can be applied to both loading a dictionary for the first time and migrating to a new version of a dictionary already in use.
