Symptoms

After an upgrade to a new version (1.11.1.2.2) with a new Load Analysis server, when attempting to use new version of Load Analysis, error message occurs upon launching the Client

"Oracle Utilities Load Analysis: {Could not open connection to server, server down} - {Unable to connect to server: \SERVERNAME. Create/Connect Socket Error.}"



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Load Analysis Server, start server
2. Install separate Load Analysis Client(s)
3. Start Load Analysis client
