Unable To Remove Zone Models From PDC

Symptoms
On : 11.2.0.1.0 version, User Interface
Requirement is to remove unwanted Zone models from PDC (Pricing Design Center) . Tried option through GUI and removed it, but in Config Export post deletion it is reflecting in config xml file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Updated the Description field of Zone Model
2. Save the Data
3. Select The Zone model and click on Red Cross for deletion, save again.
4. Select the deleted Change set in Workspace and click submit.
5. Post above steps Changeset submitted successfully but Zone model reflecting after re - login and also in Config export xml file.
Config is exported using command -> ./ImportExportPricing -export -config -inclFailedObjs
