How to populate the reactivated license in the case (Doc ID 2595948.1)

Goal

The product has several licenses and one of the license from this product has the withdraw date.

When created a new case with the license from this product, this withdraw-ed license does not populate in event assessment tab (and PMDA info tab if this is a Japan license).

Now, the withdraw date was removed in the license configuration so this license is reactivated.

How to populate this reactivated license in the case form?
