OUA 2.7.0.11 adding  source


we are adding a source to OUA 2.7.0.11

1- our source application DB is RAC , what is the golden Gate configuration we need to use in the adding source ?
2- do we need to start Golden Gate Jagent and Management on both source DB and OUA DB before registration
